Young
Optics Inc. started in 2002 in the city of Hsinchu, Taiwan
as a spin-off company from the Coretronic group. YOI is the
first OEM in Taiwan for optical components and optical engines.
YOI
has factories in China capable of lens grinding, AR/UV-IR
lens coating/film, and the production of color wheel,
rod, TIR prism and mirrors. YOI is therefore highly
self-sufficient, and is also becoming a key supplier
for optical components.
