In 2012, Youngoptics was honored to acquire the bronze medal of Taiwan Train Quality System (TTQS) evaluation from Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training, Council of Labor Affairs. Training system is well-established.

Job Training System

We provide E-Learning and actual courses inside and outside Young Optics Inc. to stimulate staffs' potential in finding their expertise.


Our colleagues can use E-Learning System anytime, anywhere for self-learning.

Multi-task Training

Job Rotation: we encourage our colleagues to participate in job rotation that can help them in understanding the complete work flow, and broaden themselves in viewing the company as a whole.

  • Oversea Representatives: we offer precious chances for colleagues willing to take on more responsibilities to be in charge oversea, and to enhance their capability in multi-cultural communication and management.
  • Project assignment: we inspire our colleagues to join assignment and teamwork to enrich their work experience.

All-round Training Courses

  • New Employee Training: introduce company's milestone, organization, culture, and future prospects to build up new colleagues' recognition and understanding toward Young Optics Inc.
  • Language Training: offer English, Japanese, and Korean language courses to strengthen colleagues' language ability for better international competition
