Integrity Management

We honor and advocate commercial ethics. Major actions to implement integrity management are (1) constructing system of values and moral principles; and (2) designating specific function department, Human Resource Division.

Anti-corruption is critical company policy, correspondent systems and procedures are defined to all employee, suppliers and all other relatives.

Status of implementation update to board of directors yearly. We put huge efforts to put integrity management into effect, to enlighten moral ethics, to enhance corporate governance and to construct principal of good faith enterprise culture. No improper practices up to now.
