According to me the work culture of the company is very good, everyone here is very much helpful, no doubt there is a communication barrier between us but it is acceptable. Being interviewed by the CEO after particular interval of time is very much encouraging for me as I got to learn about my progress as well as tells me the areas where I need to improve and how to do it. And also we got the opportunity to learn the Chinese language in the company itself, so it is a great opportunity for me to learn the language.
I am very grateful to YOI. Because as a Mechanical Engineer I have got a great exposure by joining this company and also I have got lots of opportunity here to enrich my knowledge. In YOI, there are many things to learn. I am very satisfied with YOI and also with the exposure that YOI has given me.
Soon after I joined this company, as a newcomer in the society, I was not only looking forward to it but also afraid of being hurt by it, that was my first job at all. Fortunately, after start working, all my colleges and superiors were very friendly, they patiently gave me guidance, step by step, carefully guiding me to more easily familiar with my job, I feel very lucky to work with such a nice sector. After joined the sector, I had been keeping an attitude of learning here, learning how to operate machinery, how to perform polishing, how to adjust the height for mold inserts. In the beginning, I felt much frustrate, feeling that it was quite different from what I have learned at school, but started to be skillful with extensive practice after my attitude changed which makes the gradual improved performance at present, thanks to my superiors and colleges for their encouragement.
Joining Young Optics was the first job in my life, it has been very lucky to happen to experience the project of NQM during those three months. From the beginning situation of initial-version main board forwarded from mounting plant with various problems even in booting, I helped to solve the bugs one by one following the experienced engineer team, and now, the first mockup of NQM engine is ready for delivery. In recalling the work three months ago, I did not even know anything about the structure of optical engine, or principles in signal transduction but now I am bale to try to speculate possible causes upon problems, I would discuss solutions with experienced senior colleges, thanks to Young Optics and the NQM project after all for my growth accompanied by them.
