◆The sustainability report is compiled in accordance with the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards) issued by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). It also adopts data disclosure based on the standards of the Sustainable Accounting Standards Board (SASB) and the Taiwan Stock Exchange Sustainability Disclosure Indicators for the Optoelectronics Industry.
◆Collected international sustainability trends, sustainability reporting standards (GRI Standards), United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), industry-related issues, and announcements from government agencies, and identified 44 major issues related to company operations and assessed stakeholders' concerns and the impact of these issues on operational risks through a stakeholder questionnaire survey. Analyzed the survey results to select 12 critical topics and incorporated these findings into the company's management policies, established relevant goals and implementation plans, and disclosed these major topics in various sections of the sustainability report. Implement the findings through comprehensive management approaches, including operational activity management, training program planning, and environmental policies for suppliers, to promote balanced development among economic, social, and environmental aspects and to create a mutually beneficial and prosperous society.
