We have formulated the "Code of Practice for Sustainable Development" and established the "Sustainable Development Committee" to lead the direction of the company's sustainable policy development. The Chairman of the Board of Directors serves as the "Director", the General Manager and the Chief Financial Officer serve as the "Committee", the heads of each business unit are the "Executive Representatives", and the head of the Sustainability and Human Resources Management Division is the "Management Representative", all of which work together to promote the work of sustainable development.
The CFO reported to the Board of Directors at the 8th meeting of the 9th session of the Board of Directors (114/04/23) on the Company's fulfillment of the execution of sustainable development and integrity management in FY114. Besides supervising the implementation of sustainable development through this report, the Board of Directors will also urge the management team to make adjustments when necessary.

Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and minimizing environmental impact through ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations and customer requirements or supplier commitment agreement requirements.
The ISO 14001 environmental management system is used to achieve full compliance with the environmental management system, and emphasis is placed on plant compliance inspections, including water resource management and recycling, energy (resource) management measures, greenhouse gas inventories, and waste management. We also systematically raise the environmental awareness of our employees and improve their environmental management capabilities.Of these, greenhouse gas emissions are managed with a 3% annual reduction target.

In 2025, the company launched a plan to upgrade energy-saving equipment, replacing the chiller units and related auxiliary equipment, with an estimated investment of approximately NT$18 million; procurement is currently underway. Based on the new equipment specifications and actual on-site air conditioning operating conditions, the upgrade is expected to save approximately 890,000 kWh of electricity annually.

To set up a staff communication box, a channel for complaints of sexual harassment and unlawful infringement of duties, and a mechanism for handling staff grievances.
We have dedicated occupational safety and health personnel and an on-site health center, staffed by a full-time nurse who provides medical assistance. In addition to regularly arranged employee health checks, the company arranges for an occupational medicine specialist to be on-site monthly, offering employees consultation on health-related concerns to support employee health care and self-management. Beyond these health care benefits, the company also periodically holds health seminars, fitness classes, and stress-relief activities, and has established a variety of employee clubs — including hiking, yoga, badminton, board games, and Semi-Farming clubs — to promote employees' physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

The employee satisfaction survey is conducted annually by the Sustainable Development and Human Resources Operations Division on an anonymous basis. From November 7 to November 14, 2025, a survey covering "Employee Environment and Cafeteria" was conducted among direct and indirect personnel across all sites, with 98 questionnaires collected (a coverage rate of 13.7%) and an average satisfaction score of 3.79 (on a scale of 1 to 5). Based on employee feedback, 15 improvement measures related to the working environment were formulated, including renovation of motorcycle parking areas, a pest control program, implementation of environmental inspection tracking, improvement of group meal quality, and smoking area awareness campaigns, with continued tracking of improvement outcomes. From November 24 to November 28, 2025, a survey was conducted among indirect personnel covering "Employee Personal Work Values", "Team Operations", and "Supervisory Leadership and Management", with 73 questionnaires collected (a coverage rate of 19.8%) and an average satisfaction score of 3.9 (on a scale of 1 to 5). This survey analyzed results by respondents' business unit, job grade, and age, and improvement measures were formulated accordingly, resulting in 4 improvement measures related to supervisory management and leadership and 3 improvement measures related to organizational matters. Related measures include cultivating a high-performance organizational culture, strengthening supervisors' provision of career development feedback during routine management and performance reviews through supervisor training, and enhancing internal communication to build organizational cohesion. In response to employees' development needs, related competency training programs are planned to support professional development and enhance organizational resilience and competitiveness.

Every year, the company co-organizes a corporate blood donation drive with the Hsinchu City Blood Donation Center. In 2025, a total of 293 employees participated, donating 368 units of blood.
In 2025, the company made donations of supplies in January, February, May, July, and September to the Zhi-Shan Social Welfare Foundation and Chen-His Development Center.
In 2025, the Company invited the Yu-cheng Social Welfare Foundation, Mercyland Foundation, FortuneSeed Charity Association(Green Sprout Hope Factory), and Wulove Home Care to set up booths within the factory for charity sales, bringing warmth and positive energy through charitable sales and responding to social welfare needs through concrete action.
In 2025, the company purchased "Peace Rice" to support the Children of The Stars Handmade Shop, operated by the Taiwan Autism Family Care Association, helping these children build a companionship home of their own.
In 2025, the company partnered with a counseling psychologist to hold a volunteer event titled "A Day of Companionship, Love in Motion", inviting employees and their families to participate. Through companionship and listening, participants extended care to others, conveying support and warmth through concrete action, while encouraging employees to engage in social welfare and fostering a corporate culture of positive mutual support.
